I love a girl for two years. She was my junior at school.She is so charming ,but I'm not so fair.But my friends compell me to talk to her.She is now in a friendly mood with me as i study well.But I fear that she will not accept my love.What can i do?

Build a friendship. Talk to her by phone or in person or e-mail her. And as the friendhip grows, your feelings will show . Send her cards and bring her flowers,chocolates ,something that she like. To make the long story short, action speaks louder than words. Unless you do something, your fantasy will not become a reality.

Write her a love letter, and it better be good. Just take your chances, if you do not think she will accept it in the way you would like, do not write it. Just invite her out first, then find out if she loves you, or cares about you in the way you want her to, then write the letter.
