many drugs have great benefits to millions of people, but i assume you are reffering to the so called illegal drugs judged by the way your question is worded,
Cannabis has medical benefits that some people swear by, pain relief,relaxation ect, but the has is filled with hidden dangers and toxins and although there may be some short term benefits there is long term risks that must be looked at,
Heroin is more dangerous and should be avoided at all times, it is a killer and very addictive, one hit of smack and you can kiss your *** goodbye,

most drugs are beneficial. they are called prescription drugs.
if you're talking Crystal Meth there are none.
Marijuana is used to treat wasting syndrome associated with AIDS as well as glaucoma and is used very rarely as an anti naseau prescription in cancer cases.
Cocaine used to be used medicinally as did a lot of forms of speed. however, their risks outweigh their benefits 10 to 1.

keeps the worlds population down. and kills all the bad people who take it (for illegal drugs that kill people)
