A number is perfect if the sum of factors of the number below it is same as that number.
for example
6= 1+2 + 3
28 = 1+2 + 4+7+14
496 = 1+2+4+8+16+31+62+124+248

A perfect number is a number where all the numbers that divide evenly into it, added together equal the original number...ex. 6. 1,2,3 all divide into 6 evenly, add 1+2+3 together and you get your original number of 6. 28 is perfect because 1+2+4+7+14=28.
