All u need to be crew in domestic or international airlines is a height about 5.10 and a gud face and personality and not overweight body. If u 12th pass u can be selected to any airlines there are jet airways ,indian airlines etc recruiting once or twice a year. If u can spend around 25k u can get admission in frankfinn they will place u after ur trainiing and u do good.
