Presume you mean tell your friend that her partner is having an affair with her daughter (who is his stepdaughter). No I would not tell, even if I knew for certain, because of the implications for her relationship with her daughter. I might have a word with the daughter and ask her to consider what would happen to her family if the truth came out, but really this is a terrible situation and you should just step well back and wait on the edges to be able to support your friend.

You will need to consider carefully whether it would be wise to tell your friend anything at all. Even if you tell her he is having an affair but don't specify with whom, it may still come out that it's with her daughter, and both mother and daughter may be shattered. The affair and the relationship with the mother may both come to an end with the mother none the wiser. The daughter would then have to live with the guilt for the rest of her life but no further harm would be done.

Stay out of it
you need to ask yourself do you want to do it because you care
or because you are jealous,
you will not be giving a thank to either party for doing it
the father will be ambarass you friend that is having the affair will no longer speak with you and the girl will not thank you for it
so if this is a consenting affair you should stay our of it
and when things blow if you smart you stay away from all party
if youever ask by the father did you know about it, say I am not sure but it did cross my mind since I have no one I can verify it with I shut my mouth

I would tell, as loyalty and truth are two things that I hold in very high regard. Friends should always be ready to tell the truth to each other even when it's not pleasant. I would certainly want to know the truth if the positions were reversed. The only reason a friend wouldn't believe a friend is if that friend has a history of lacking honesty.

as there friend you owe it to them to tell them, but honestly theyre probably not going to believe you unless they have alot of trust so try helping her find out, like whenever your friends partner and the daughter are hooking up, that they could walk in or something of that nature. a good friend would tell, wouldnt you want to know if the situation was flipped?

Yes, tell her that he told you that. He may deny it, but you just tell her that you wanted her to know what he is going around telling people. Who cares if that creep gets mad. I'm sure you don't want a guy like that as a friend anyway.

Don't tell her but ask the 19 year old about the affairs if she is really enjoying it or it was manipulative...

id say approach the daughter and partner and try and persuade them to tell the other partner if they refuse you must tell the other person its not fair being left in the dark about something that serious

Don't think you phrased that properly, I am confused! If it's someone boyfriend sleeping with his girlfriends daughter then yes. Where are the morals?
