It depends. It is not healthy if you start to spend money to buy things that you dun need and end up running into debts. On the other hand if you just buy things that you need and budget it well, it is a good sign.

Not good - you end up with debt & more stuff than you need.
I tried it for a while, and got far more debt than therapy. Yeah, it feels good to shop & get soemthing nice, but the feeling never lasts, so you''re back at the shops a few days later. It's probably best to spend the money on a good counsellor therapist!

It is extremely unhealthy for you to buy things that you don't need in order to feel better about yourself.

There are many healthy addictions or habits to take up. Like excersize and reading.

Going into debt and forming really needless associations with material things to make yourself happy is a terrible thing.

i'm 60 so this replaced into quite undesirable.....I took Beaverbrook and sausage out of thre pan I cooked them in left the grease there, then put in flour tortills with a ton of cheese while the tort/cheese replaced into finished took out the tort and loaded the Beaverbrook and sausage in it, plopped in some genuine terrific ingredients mayo, closed it up, and befroe each and every chew swooped the tortilla right into a pile of mayo, it replaced into so stable I made yet another, yet while i replaced into no longer yet doen with it i began out to sense like some thing could happen to me, because of the fact even when I only walked acroos the room I felt chest pains, ought to no longer breathe nicely, so I asked God to help that i replaced into sorry I ate sop stupidly, nicely He helped me, so, I made yet another one..........ummmmmmmm
