Alcohol withdrawal can be very harmful, causing seizure or other health risks. The best solution is to have a doctor admit you to a medical detox facility where they will provide you with medication to prevent any harm and give you a safe place and proper nutrition. Once detox is completed, it will be time to seek counseling on how you can change your lifestyle to support sobriety, and make new friends who are doing the same. Best wishes bud! It is not at first easy, but very much worth the effort!

sometimes it seems easier to continue, but real soon it will get bad. check out an AA meeting where fellow ppl with the same issues come together to support each other in a friendly, nonjudgmental manner. it really is the first move. actually, admitting to your addiction and wanting help is the first move, and you've gotten there. once in AA, ppl will demonstrate a new way of living, and it involves ways of thinking, behaving, and finally feeling. the program teaches spiritual principles that you learn and adopt in to your new ways, and you do stepwork, the 12 steps to develop and maintain these ways.....one of the most important parts of recovery. it's an easy program if you allow it to happen in your life.

go to your doctor and ask him for a sedative like valium or any kind of medication to help you ease out the tremors.it does work.or detox yourself by drinkig a glass of warm water add 1 teaspoon of salt and lemon juice, this helps a lot take a hot bath ,as many times as you can to rid the smell of alcohol on your body.good luck and dont drink even when you think life is not worth it .from mikhal in israel.

Just do it. Nike.

C'mon buddy hang in there! Get someone to help you. Stay away from alcohol and get your best friend to force you not to drink. If all else fails hire a booze bouncer that wont let alcohol near you!

Ask Jesus to be your lord and Savior, he will save you from your sins and set your free from it. Find a good gospel preaching church and go to it as much as it is in session. Stay away from people places and things that involve alcohol. Pray every morning for gods help to keep you from alcohol.
