Using a simple command - Telnet people can send unsolicited emails through unsecured SMTP servers that are present around the world very simply.

There are so many web sites and tools using which anybody can send these kind of to anybody. The receiving person will get a wrong impression that he got a genuine mail from a genuine person.

But if you check the header of these mails you can find it that it is not from the genuine person/server.

you really didn't win, they just want you to sign up with them, but it cost money, and you never win. Maybe a $1.00 but why pay to win $1.00. I tried it for several months at $9.99 and I won $1.00. Cancelling it is the hard part, it took 6mo to cancel
