Voting is compulsory, but it's an anonymous ballot, right? So just drop a blank paper in the box, or spoil your ballot paper.

I've been to a few vote counts and I know that the candidates get to see all the spoiled ballot papers, in case they want to argue that it's actually a vote in their favour. So if you write "I cannot vote for any of you losers" on your ballot paper, the candidates or their representatives will see it.

That is the case in much of the world. Support the most progressive candidates. If possible, start some sort of new forum for the discussion of the existing system and develop new ideas. The internet helps in some countries, but you would know better than I how to engage the political process in your country.

Look to Eastern Europe for an example. There have been a number of political movements that effected change.

Addendum: I looked at a couple of your previous questions. Is voting mandatory in Australia?

To elect not to vote is a vote. To vote for all, is the same as voting fo none.

Vote only for those candidates and issues that you feel positively about, and leave the rest blank.

if every one thinks on the same line then voting becomes a farce, it is better you chose best from amongst the worst and vote

Put BATMAN'S name on the ballot and drop it in. But remember this, you can't complain about the elected government if you didn't vote.

vote but in a wrong manner so your vote is invalid. i.e. you don't vote at all. or say you belong to the JW (who don't vote) and it is acceptable (here in Australia anyway).
