I personally am against divorce. I feel that it is being used as an easy way out of a situation, that it releases them from the "responsibilities" of marriage, degrades the meaning of marriage, causes more problems then solutions, and that a no-fault divorce is a crock of sh!t.
I also feel that the courts are gender biased (in favor of the woman then the man), corrupt, and use no common sense or logical reasoning in awarding judgments.
Do I think divorce is our hardest answer to our easiest problem? HELL YA!!!!! Too many people are relying on using divorce rather than working out their problems through marriage counseling. No one in today's society takes responsibility for their own actions anymore.

Divorce is hard but it is defiantly a blessing in disguise!! i deal with hundreds of ppl with failing marriages and the best solution 4 them is to get a quick divorce. ppl r jumping in2 marriages far 2 quickly without actually really thinking about wot a marriage is all about. I always think of a marriage as a contract..once u've signed its 1 hell of a job 2 get out of it!! Years ago marriage was more 2 do with showing how much u love sum1 and wanting 2 share ur life with them. These days its alot about the settlement if u were 2 get divorced. Think of it this way, if u r considering getting married ALWAYS get a prenup!! i cant stressed this more than i already can. It mite seem synical at the time but its best 2 b safe than sorry!

I step on your feet there was a time when an apology would have been enough now I 'll sue you
As for divorce I know some people take think it is easy but remember the amount of mental & physical abuse and don't forget the children
Yes sometimes people need to take a minute to remember the reason the get together in the first place but in other situation you truly need to contact that Lawyer fast

No. I think it became the easiest answer to our easiest problems. It amazes me when I hear a couple preparing to marry comment, "Well, if it doesn't work out we can always get a divorce!" Talk about dooming your marriage before you even begin!
