Worrying about what?
Health: Right now. Take proper diet, do regular exercise / yoga. Stop smoking, if you smoke. Stop drugs - If you are a drug addict. Give up alcohol, if u r an AA.
If you follow the above. No need to worry.
Money: Money can never bring you peace of mind. But, try to earn money and save money to have a peaceful retired life - independant life.
Job: If you have the skill. If you are sincere, you'll get a better job. You need not worry. Lord Krishna said in Geeta " Do your work sincerely and don't worry for the result. If you are doing good you'll get a good result"

its never good to be worried , but you can be concerned at the following times
when kids start to crawl
when you graduated from school and couple of job interviews didn't go right
your wife didn't realise when you returned to the house
your kids put off the computer when you entered their rooms
your husband/wife hung up the phone when you entered the living room
your husband bought you an anti ageing cream
your kids told you your evening gown is not suitable for you
your credit card is just 2 figures away from the limit etc etc etc

it depends on what's on your mind...
If it's to do with work, start worrying when your boss says "have you got a minute for a quick chat... in my office?". If it's to do with your partner, it's time to worry when they say "baby, we should talk....". If you're worried about your car, it's a good time to worry when it makes the sorts of noises you only hear on farms or in cartoons. Or if your concern is about yourself and your body, it's time to worry when the itching won't stop or the lump gets bigger.
And finally, if you work in a nuclear power plant, it's time to worry when the big button starts to flash red for the first time.

Worrying about something never helps, keep a level head and a solution will come! It's not worth the time and effort!!

Never. Worry never makes anything better but it will certainly make things worse--for the person worrying. You get tired, weary, sick, grey hairs, and ulcers. And all for what? Everything will be okay. Everything happens for the best.

I'm not much of a worrier. Worrying is so useless. I deal with things head-on one day at a time. Bring it on!
