How often do you frown to show disapproval? Is this any good with adult communication, in business or relationships?

Or what other methods do you use, scolding, dialogue, going red, bashing people!?

if you frown very much and do much talking it's like showing a little childishness and lack of composure. i frown but not much because in my classes, where everybody else are mostly males (engineering class), they will make fun of you if you show your disapproval so much
