My sisters husband left her and her 7kids on the street. She just had a new born baby and she just got out of surgery she was born with na anis. they are in florida. she wants to come back to california but has no money. she lives at a rest stop. can anyone help me find some help for her or know any foundation that will? her baby needs surgery again in october. this is an emergency.

Florida has shelters that will take her in as well as the children .. in addition, why isn't the family getting together to collect money to bring them to California? Or in addition, take emergency leave from your work and go collect them. Bring them to a safe place to restart their life. Needless to say, she should file immediately for a divorce and get child support as well. Really sad

there are many shelters in Florida for women and their children and she can go to any place with it has a safe haven sign why hasn't she talked to the police that patrol the rest areas there is no reason why a women with 7 kids is living in a rest area if anything social services would come take the kids are you sure she is telling you the truth Florida i strick about stuff like that

Your's sister's condition is very pethatic. As I am quite far away from you, it is not possible to directly help your sister. I don't know weather in Florida there is any foundtion. I believe that it must be as in country like usa you must seek financial help from the Govt and not from internet participants. I advise you to go to a trustee hospital or to a any Unit which may give you financial help.

I seriously doubt you'll get real helpful answers...and I don't have any advice on this one...sorry. I'd ask the husband for money.

tell her to go to a local shelter & they will help her get government assistance- dont tell her to call the police to get there cause they might take her kids away- I will pray for you & your sister
