I woke up to go to the bathroom and felt something cold touch my foot. I turned on the light and found a very small snake on the floor. I have looked all over to find where he got in, but there doesn't seem to be anywhere for him to have gained access. (I am extremely thorough, so it wouldn't be anywhere obvious.) Let me know if you have any idea how he may have gotten in the house.

They are sneaky little things. They can flatten themselves almost completely. So it could be any number of small places, including drains, dryer vents, under doors with any gap, heating vents, air conditioning vents. It also depends on how small he is when you say little.

He's like a mouse they can elongate and reduce to fit through the smallest cracks.as he uses his tongue like radar, he would have smelled something he liked or come in to heat up.Snakes are cold blooded so are only really quick after they have warmed themselves up. Just pop him outside he will scurry off, what you have to think about?? is he is so small & your so big......no contest!!
