Try Mininova.org,they have most anime stuff there. You will probably find Inuyasha there. You need the software to download torrents like uTorrent, Azureus, or BitTorrent. I recommend uTorrent though.

http://www.animesuki.com has all the current, legal, fansubs available. You download them through bittorrent.
Bittorent is simple, download the program BitTornado (you can get it on download.com), install it, and it automatically works.
When on the site click on the link of the torrent you want to download, hit "open" when it asks you what you want to do, this will start it downloading.
You can change the settings from whatever it is set to, to "automatic" and it will set it self to the highest downloading rate.
