You must wear a good quality condom such as "sensitive" or your wife eats pill,use spiral or has an injection for a family planning before you make love .You will select a best and safe one for you and your wife.It is better if you both consult to a doctor to choose a right and best . one Pill for family planning is not fit for every woman sometimes she will be fatter or has headache.Spiral and condom are also not fit for everyone especially for you as a husband.You can feel uneasy and unconvenience if compared to nothing else to use.

May i suggest a Vasectimy, it involves snipping and quarterizing the vas deferens (tube that carries sperm to urethra) or getting it clipped so u can get them off later in life so if u do want to have kids you can, or you get get ur girl to go on the pill or wear a good rubber.
