i had a usual 23 day cycle,but now am feeling strange..is pregnancy still possible?

Well if you are trying to get pregnant than your body can show symptoms of pregnancy because you want it so bad, if you still think you are go get a blood test done.

yes you could be i had my period with all three of my kids then i got my tubes tied and haven't had one since whats up with that
with my 4 year old daughter went to a doctor and i was already showing he said i had ulcers and had me get an upper GI she is perfect thou and my 4 month old i went to the emergency room and the doctor told me i couldn't be and sent me for an ultra sound witch showed that i had ovulated and had an open cervix
so in summation yes you can

Anytime you have unprotected sex you CAN get pregnant. "feeling strange" is not always an indication of pregnancy, it could be an indication of STD, could be an indication of a UTI, could be an indication of a bladder/kidney problem.
