The main fuse, for all electric lights, blew, replaced it with 5amp, it blew again, replaced it with 15amp, fuse held and all lights are working except bathroom lights- I have checked all connectors, switch etc, they all seem to be working fine, and electricity is entering before the switch, as it shocked me when I accidently touched the red wires. Any ideas, thanks.

To save time, they may have wired your bathroom lights to a GFI wall outlet. Check these to make sure they didn't trip during your changes.

GET THE 15 amp fuse OUT OF THAT CIRCUT, ,get an electrician in it sounds like you have a bad fixture, if it's a flourscent light it might be a bad ballast. NEVER oversize a circut protective device, and never check switches etc. with power on unless you are qualified to do so.

so from the provider provider you have in this order:- 60amp considerable fuse then it is going to a 80amp isolater then... 100amp fuse board nicely if thats real, then there's a undertaking in itself your fuse board score won't be able to be bigger than the biggest provider provider fuse. the biggest fuse will extra beneficial than possibly blow (no longer continuously in case you maintain on with variety to the completed set up) so in different words ability 100amps dealing with a 60amp fuse .......nicely pop is going the biggest fuse!! ;-) get the dno in to make certain in the event that they'll uprgrade your furnish to a 100amp fuse (dno=district community operator) eg eon/powegen I take it your no longer a sparky..

again hire someone who knows what they are doing, you already got shocked once...and you said "red" wire.....is there a 3-way switch involved? 2 ways to turn on the same light? GFCI outlet on same circuit is tripped? Ballast in light may be bad... switch itself could be bad or wires loose...shorting out... get someone who knows,....
