I'm after a portable document viewer - like a portable DVD player for pdf's / word doc's / e-books etc. Preferably with a screen about A5 / book page size. Can you get them?

I know of 3 eInk displays, but have yet to see any actually in the flesh. Goto http://eink.com/products/customers.html to see eInk customers (i.e. vendors who buy eInk displays to put in products).
Other than that you could pay over the odds for a UMPC or similiar. Or a Sony that's about the smae size but much more powerful. Of course you'll be stuck with Windoze then...
