Below are my rating [ 1 is for best n 2 is next best n so on ]on the beautiful islands in Malaysia base on my travel experience n knowledge, if you have visited the first few then those last few might not worth visiting, its clearly shown that how much differences in term of 'beatiful'ness between them !
[1] Sipadan Island - in Sabah
[2] Mabul Island - Sabah
[3] Layang-layang island - Sabah
[4] Redang Island - Terengganu
[5] Perhentian Island - Terengganu
[6] Tioman Island - Pahang
[7] Rawa Island - Johor
[8] Lang Tengah Island - Terengganu
[9] Gemia Island - terengganu
[10] Permangil Island - Johor
[11] Tenggol Island - Terengganu
[12] Sibu Island - Johor
[13] Kapas Island - Terengganu
[14] Pangkor Island - Perak
[15] Langkawi Island - Kedah
the one that with the most facility/infrastructure yet still worth going is Tioman ! i myself been there 4 times !

1) Chenang beach & Teluk Datai, Langkawi Island (Kedah)
2) Sipadan Island (Sabah)
3) Perhentian Island (Terengganu)

there's a place called the northen tip of borneo. Check it out for yourself. Its in Sabah.
