Well rabbits have a very small digestive system. Carrots have a chemical called icelytene that is released by the digestive chemicals inside the rabbit. Rabbits usually are seen eating carrots when they are sick. But they do lik it because of its energy properties. The carrots help then not to get what we humans call constipation. Its a laxative for them!!
