i wish to make my own motorcycle control cables, throttle,clutch etc. but am unable to find a supplier of bowden cable

you do not want to use a Bowden cable for your controls, these are very low grade Piano wire type cables commonly used for the heater controls on cars.

You need a Teleflex cable which has a multi strand inner, which is much more flexible and less prone to sticking and breaking.

try googling teleflex.

Bowden cables come in various qualities and tensile strengths They will cost about the same as non standard replacement cables available from most motorbike shops so why make your own? A good engineering supply shop should be able to fix up with cables of most sizes and lengths
