No I dont think it has anything to do with the school if the children go a bit wayward.

Every child has a mind of their own. You cant blame someone else for your own actions.

No, that would cause chaos and every parent who feels their child is not perfect could sue the school. The country would then lose it's free state school education due to the excessive amounts of payments. Children have many influences in their lives, schools are only a percentage of this time. The children need to learn right from wrong on their own, and experimentation when you are young is something no one is going to be able to stop, otherwise we might as well stop living.

Personally forgive me for saying this, It will cause an outrage but it all begins at home. School can only teach so much so dont blame the school on educating them for any of that. They now change meals at school making them more nutrisous and sex education is present so im sorry but if the parents dont help in anyway at home you cant blame the school

That's ridiculous. If the schools are feeding the kids garbage food, then they should stop. But they aren't putting beds in the hallways for sex, or selling dime bags, or setting up beer vending machines.
Parents need to take some responsibility for their children.

No not nessicerally sue the school, (unless a teacher got a girl preggers but then no!) but the school is just as responsible for the protection and education for children as the parents are. if you check my questions, you'll see that some of them relate to this matter in a sense.

not for obesity this is down to the parents but they should be sued for pregnancies, sexually transmitted diseases, drug taking and drinking if it happend when they were at school or if they brought the booze or drugs at school.
When I was at school i could buy nearlly any drug at school and the school should have stopped this from happening but they did't.

School should not be held responsible for the things that teenagers do. It's a choice they know they have and they should also know the risks that go along with them. So no they shouldn't be sued.

No it's not the schools fault that the children are out of control. schools provide P.E and information about healthy living, I received sex education when I was at school and know all the dangers. Schools do every thing in their power to educate us properly, It's our responsibility how we use it when we are no longer in the class room.

that stupid when i was in school they where trying to convince us of not doing that stuff having sex unprotected getting pregnant ect. and as for obesity thats just ludicrus they eat at home aswell and when they go out with friends. A school can not control what their pupils do after school hours all they can do is try and teach them
