If you feel the need to measure it then you must do it when it is hard and not soft. A soft penis is not a standard to go by as it can vary so much in size depending on lots of external stimulus. Only an erect penis is what it is.

Hi there,
I have no ideas why you need to measure your penis. If you insist to do the measuring, i will tell you how to do it so that you can get the accurate measurement. Prepare a ruler with both inches and cm is on 2 side.
1) when your penis is not erected, which is totally soft, measure from the balls to your reddish head with the fore skin push back.
2)If you are erected, make sure you measure it after you play it and feel that it is fully erected. By then, you will measure it from the boss all the way to the hard on head.
Is true, a friend of mine, which is a doctor mentioned it before.

Simple, put a tape measure over the pubis where penis just starts and then until its prepuce. It's not opportune starting from the back because testicles are obstructive.
Erect or not it's the same way, but generally erected size only is important.

If you need to measure it then you probally have insecurity issues and should in all reality not be measuring your vieniea sasage and should be seeking pshyciatric help ........ what are you gonna do if it isnt as long as you were hoping ??? be happy with what you have and make the most of it , measuring you dong aint gonna chang reality ..........But to answer you question ,you should measure it erect.........dont forget your tweezers and a magnifing glass .............

use either a ruler or tape measure.
start from the base of your penis and all the way until the tip of the penis head.
and if you're hard.. you might as well wan k it off after you're done with the measurements haha :)

for the true size of your penis it shouldbe measured when it is soft.....of course it will be bigger when erect
