is there any way I can join club pogo for free without credit card?

I want to join club pogo, but I don't have any credit card and I don't want to pay $34.99 for a year by paypal....is there any way I can join club pogo without credit card?

There are prepaid cards available now, Walmart and Target carry them. Not sure who else.

If you want to become a full member you have to pay. It only cost me like 20.00 bucks for a year. I went and got a prepaid credit card that way if someone hacked my computer they were not getting my real account number. With a prepaid you only put the amount you need on the card. Easy to do. You might want to check into it. And it is safer and cheaper than paypal.
