you should download a spyware program such as "spyware search and destroy" and run it on your machine.

It is most likely spyware. when you run the program immunize the system, and allow it to fix any errors that it finds.

Did you recently installed any other software that you would want to receive your email. If yes, that is the programme which is try to load your email addresses list. If not, simply click NO and try to run anti-virus programme.

If you are using Outlook Express to receive your email and suddenly you setup a new account on MS Outlook then MS Outlook would generate a similar message as the one indicated in your question so that you do not need to add the email addresses manually.

Hope this helps.

that doesnt happen to my outlook,...

possibly an spyware, or virus....
run antivirus immedeately...

or if you know more about task manager, go to it ctrl+alt+del
and look for the suspicious running program, click on it then
hit end process, just be very careful.... then search that process,
find where it is hiding then delete it....
note be careful you might delete important windows files....

Definitely don't allow this, it's some virus or trojan horse that is trying to send spam mail using your address book.
