Drink water, it fills you up. Do some simple exercises when you get home or when you get up. Just stand in place and stretch, then get on the floor on your tummy and grab hold of you feet and stretch. Then just jump/ or jog in place for about 5 minutes or more. It is better than nothing. Maybe once in the morning and once at night. You can lay in bed and do a couple of sit-ups, and stretch your legs by holding onto your legs and stretch, and /or do scissors quickly for a few minutes. It does not take a lot of time and you will feel better too.

Water or fruit. Liquids can trick the stomach into thinking it is not "hungry"
although, there are ways you can exercise when you don't think you can:
park your car a little farther in the lot, take the stairs when you can,
practice holding your stomach muscles while sitting at your desk, standing in line somewhere, or even brushing your teeth. little things like that can help some.

drink a lot of water... the key is water!!! try eating a light breakfast and snack on veggies and fruit for lunch... then eat a reasonable dinner...add the water whenever you feel hunger pains and i would say that u could lose 10 lbs easily in a month.

drink water - commonly hunger is mistaken for thirst
eat slow burning foods such as pulses, oats, wholemeal carbs etc, fruits and that sort of stuff which do not burn off so quick
