i want to start a dialysis facility. I hav no money to do this.

In India? Tough one. Might be easier to contact a charity already helping people in the area,then tell them of your idea and show them there is a need. They may put limited funds towards it, and allow you to fund raise using their name. Then contact large hospitals and health groups in the u.s. and other countries, asking for donations of money and unneeded or older supplies. Good luck to you!!

write out the plans, a blueprint if possible, and find a way to present to the rich. Mail it to them, ask for appointments with them. Put an ad in the New York Times.
