I am so excited he made it into The Chase..do you think he will win the Nextel Cup?

Before I was just anxious for him to make it into the Chase. He has been doing so well lately that he just might work his way up to the top! I'm not so sure he can win the whole thing, but I bet he'll finish in the top 5.

As a huge Kasey Kahne fan I'm hoping he wins it, but at this point it's too early to tell. With everyone being separated by only 5 points it could go to anyone. I think he has a shot as long as he isn't plagued by last lap bad luck like at Indy and Watkins Glen. I'm keeping my fingers crossed, but even if he doesn't win the Cup this year at least I got to see him win in person at California and watch him race his way into the Chase.

I think he has a good chance of winning. He's already proven he can run with the guys who have been doing this for 20+ years and I'm excited that he's made it. I've told my husband since his rookie year in the Nextel Cup Series that he'd be the one to watch and he's not proven me wrong yet. That boy's gonna be the new face of NASCAR in 5-10 years just watch and see. And not because he's hot, although he is a mighty super fly white guy!

No he will come in second. This is Jimmie's year- he will win the cup. If my boy Jimmie weren't in the Chase I would be all for Kasey winning it. At this point though I would say that Kasey certainly deserves it because he has the most wins.

Well, since Tony didn't make it into the chase, I hope Kasey wins. Really anyone BUT Jimmie Johnson , Jeff Gordon, or Matt Kenseth would be fine with me! Those 3 are a bunch of cry baby mama' s boys!

Kasey is one of my favorite drivers (and he is easy on the eyes), I am glad he made the chase. I really don't know if he will win it this year but he will sometime. He has had some great races this year but he also had a bad slump. All I can say is if not him I want anyone but Gordon or Johnson to win. Wouldn't it be COOL if Mark Martin finally won a championship!

I'm not sure he'll win the cup....he has some stiff competition...he has the will and the drive....you never know.
I'm a Dale Jr. fan...(not what you want to hear I know) and I'm hoping he wins the Cup. but...just like Kasey...he'll have his work cut out for him.
Hopefully...they'll both be in the top 3.

I hope that Kasey Khane can pull it off. He is still fairly new to NASCAR that I do not know if he can pull it off this year or not. He is my favorite racer but I do not know if he can do it. I really hope that he can it would be nice to see a newer driver win the Nextel Cup. GO KASEY KHANE!!!!

i would love to see kasey kahne get the cup but he also has some very good competition to worry about so i don't know

No. Unfortunately, there are about 4 teams with waaaay better consistency and momentum than he's got. So unless something turns around for the #9 team they are simply going to be out performed.
