Is true that men gain weight after there wife just had a kid?

It’s saying of our old people that after marriage if man and woman’s fluid matches each other they both put weight. But some time man gets weak and woman gets bulky.

there's no correlation between these 2 events.
the gaining of weight is simply probably a coincidence. possibly because both parents take so much time taking care of the newborn, that they sacrifice time for exercise, and may not get enough sleep or good diet.

My dad did. I have seen pictures of him holding me, and his stomach looked like he was about 5 months pregnant. But, of course, he looked like that most of the time anyway.
