I'm guessing you already knew about taking a test, and missing your period. Sometimes your hormones don't show up as fast, and sometimes you get ONE or two "periods" while you're pregnant.
I knew I was pregnant because I could smell the natural gas from my kitchen stove when it wasn't running. I had the matinence people over six or seven times, each time it wasn't leaking.
Your boobs start to hurt and you get constipated, your nipples might get tingly and or itchy, you'll get bloated, you might feel odd cramps, or you may feel lik you're getting a supper bad PMS session, although your period doesn't come. You also may start to feel like you want to throw up randomly.

The simplest way to detect pregnancy is by taking an at home pregnancy test. It's probably the quickest way too. If it's negative and you still haven't started, go to the doctor. Some women can be pregnant and take one of those over-the-counter pregnancy tests and it not detect it. Make sure you use your first urination of the day on the at-home test, it is most effective and accurate.
Good luck

First and biggest thing is the missed period. Then come the stronger senses and sore breasts. If it feels like your going to start your period but you've felt like that for 2 or 3 weeks, take a test.
