A great face-off. I think the Spectre would take it. Why? Due to the fact he has mastery over the Spiritual world and can do things in the physical realm that are rather powerful, such as alter his size, etc. Galactus is very powerful, but I think he is limited, as he pursues energies from planets, and is, for the most part, single-minded in this pursuit. The Spectre has intelligence, the Will of God, and the Spiritual realm to aid in his endeavors, and Galactus relies on physical and scientific methods to attain his goals. That is why the Spectre would defeat him.

Galactus is something the Spectre scraped off the bottom of his shoe. Spectre beats Galactus, Death, Eternity, the Beyonder, Order, Chaos and the In-Betweener all put together at the same time.

Although spectre is powerfull he was can be held off by the magic of doctor fate, who is like doctor strange, and docotr strange can't bearly scratch galactus. yeah spectre can make everything on earth balanced and had the power to, but galactuc balances the universe and eats worlds. I would say galactus woud take himout easy.

Galactus, coz he's omni-potent and immortal. Specter would just get squashed like a bug, under your thumb.
