actualy it depends on what generation you are talking about.. but in the baby boomers the most common is leo statisticaly speaking as most babies were born around aug... followed by Virgo ...

slowly Virgo is taking over....

Mostly because the moms and dads of the world were having sex in the winter and then the babes were born in the summer.

Depends what kind (category) of star you mean: film star, pop star, sport star, media star, stage star, fashion star, etc.!
Michel Gauquelin, a French astrologer and statistician, published a 25,000 fold detailed research on signs, planets, professions and success of famous persons with documented birth times. He came to the conclusion that it is NOT the sign that determines Star Status, but the position of certain planets near the zenith or on the horizon. In the performing arts it is the Moon that determines success and not Leo, Scorpio etc.
Sorry to disappoint anyone, but true astrology is far more complicated than sun-signs.

I also know a lot of Aries. Spring signs like Pisces, Aries, and Taurus are probably your most common signs because people seem to "get busy" more in the summer making way for spring births.

I think most births are between June and January. I have met very few Aries and Taurus (and frankly hope I don't meet anymore Taurus). I have met a few Pisces (other unfortunate incidents).

blah, blah, blah...I think people conceive more in the winter. A Winter storm is notorious for producing babies. People can't get to the drugstore for birth control and to quote Cole Porter, "It's too darn hot" in the summer. :)

I think I have meet more Leos and Capricorns.

In the United States, currently (it changes year by year according to what we need) August is the most prevalant, with Cancer coming in second. Which means we NEED to get back to home, family roots, and correct parenting. We need to stop being selfish, thinking we can control everything, thinking we can have it all with no consequences for our behavior. Start thinking about 100 years down the road instead of our own immediate gratification. I mean who cares 50 years from now what kind of car you drove? Everything in this country is disposable - like diapers (which destroy the environment) - relationships are disposable, (just get a divorce), and get back to what America really stands for - and that is FAMILY. When I was little, we put out one bag of garbage for a family of six, and most of it was paper bags. We need to quit complaining about the lowlives in the rest of the world and clean up our own act! Example: do something about deadbeat parents, learn what it's like to sit in church instead of sitting in front of the tv; socialize and get to know your neighbors. But like I said, it changes every year. This country once had values. Now, we blame everybody else instead of looking in our own backyard. How many hours did you genuinely spend with your family this week? And I don't mean in front of the tv. Yada, yada, yada. That's why this country right now has so many July and August births. 'course I don't know; were you asking worldwide, or just this country? Years ago, when I was doing charts for parents who wanted to know about their kids, they all showed war and conflict. Where are we now?
