Pocess a valid driving licence for the type of motorcar for use as a taxi, 5.. Pocess a "commercial motorcar" licence [this has to do with adventure, know-how, social habit, expertise of civics, etc.] 6. Passes a try[examination] for no. a million, 2, & 3 above and a taxi licence will be issued., concern to a quota.
