I believe that the WASP right wingers think that "Divine Manifest Desiny" secures their rights and freedon; and they don't want "others", mainly minorities to have "too much freedom" that would jepordize this.

~Freedom of religion supported by the strict separation of church and state.

~Your right to equal protection under the law - equal treatment regardless of race, sex, religion or national origin.

~Your right to due process - fair treatment by the government whenever the loss of your liberty or property is at stake.

~Your right to privacy - freedom from unwarranted government intrusion into your personal and private affairs.

The ACLU has its origins in Communism.

They also feel they can rewrite our Constitution by legislating laws with the Supreme Court.

If they upheld our religious rights, they's be doing it instead of taking them away.
