Hey Enigma,

If you mean in any given attack - they don't let us know until after any military action - if then.

A Janes Defense expert once said that we have approximately 25% of our bombs are considered "Smart Bombs". Janes is usually nearly right.

Every bomb dropped is not smart but really stupid coz them maim and kill.
