Most people believe that once they are diagnosed with some vision problem and start wearing eye glasses or contact lenses to correct them, they will have to do so for life in order to see better. Those who want a permanent solution to improve eyesight typically resort to Lasik or other corrective eye surgeries. But you you can also improve your vision without surgery and can see perfectly well without using eyeglasses or contact lenses. You can check here to know how https://tr.im/d5f13

yes. focus your eyes on various objects that are all different distances from you. hold up your finger and examine the nail. then look at a spot on the ceiling then look out the window at a tree then look at the bedside clock etc. etc. this is very good for eye muscles--but dont overdo it a few minutes every couple hours is good. if you spend a lot of time reading or looking at a comp. moniter, stop every half hour and do these exercises. also eat a lot of vitamin A and carotene found in carrots, butternut squash, turnips, spinach.

I recently started doing eye exercises to try to improve my vision. I created a blog where I record my progress with the exercises.

I havent' noticed any improvement as yet, but other people also post comments about their experiences as well. You can check it out at http://improvingmyeyesight.com/blog/

I can guarantee that improving eyesight without surgery (which I don't trust) is possible. I'm following this method http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=413 and I'm seeing very good results.
It works very well.
Cheers.

Eat lots of Carrots not to many because your skin can turn orange, also just sit and look at something for awhile and really try to focus on it, that's what the eye doc told me. But if you can look at something for a bit and then focus on something else that helps to. It's albout focusing on objects.

its true.u can improve ur eyes sight by training ur eyes to rest. some times when u r reading books too close, ur retina strecthes n dis cause tiredness in the eyes.this tiredness could effect ur eyesight. to prevent that, after 30 minutes reading book, u should focus ur eyes to surrounding elements like watching skies or tree far far away. this can maintain ur eyesight better.

I was once told to get a watch or something hanging from a string and let it sway back and forth and that should do good for your eyes. But you know that a lot of that is old folk tale remedies.
