Is this level of intellegence displayed by their youth a detrimental henderance for the growth of AMERICAN citizens who work decent jobs and have good careers?

Is it fair to say, "HEY, WE CHANGED OUR MILK CARTONS SO YOU CAN READ THEM IN SPANISH.... LET US HAVE A BIT OF THE HOT SAUCE ONCE IN A WHILE....GEEE WHIZ!!"

To answer your first question, Latinos listen to Black rap artists for the same reason anyone else does: because they can. If you like a certain genre of music, you listen to it. It's not that hard to figure out. As for the rest of your statement...

I've said it before and I'll say it again: not all people of a particular race act alike. While some do disapprove of dating outside of their race, many others don't care one way or the other. The same goes for every race.

Also, I find it more than a little amusing that you feel the need to comment on someone's alleged ignorance and lack of intelligence when you're relying on blanket generalizations and obviously unaware that your spelling could use some work. You might want to try losing the bitterness and getting to know people as individuals as opposed to relying on ridiculous stereotypes. I think you'll get along much better in the world.
