Do you mean how you make text?
Click on the capital A and make a box.
I made this for someone else who asked a question about text over a picture.

For painting, use the DRAWING option.
Otherwise for using pre-defined text use WORD ART.

if u meant use the image in paint brush to ms word
goto start->run->type mspaint
draw your image
select the image using the rectangular tool -> press ctrc+C
goto start->run->type winword
press ctrl+v
