Get rid of television for the most part except educational. Everyone can do it individually in theor own households-turn it off.Encourage spiritual growth and community involvement. Israel has been trying to do it for years and still has a chaotic situation despite expert high tech spying/army/economy/..so there must be something they are missing that others should learn from. we can change our foreign policy. The reason for terrorists is that the US government meddles with the affairs of other countries.
