If you'd like to increase your weight, taking a protein supplement in the form of protein shakes is great. I'd recommend that you take Protein berry-flavoured from the nutrilite brand. I've been taking this and I love it. This is of course taken as a drink, together with normal meals. The added benefit is that it helps in the renewal of your body cells. So a plus is that skin looks great with the consumption of this protein.

HMMMMMMM your weight is 45? 45 in what? I am used to the word pounds and i am hope-ingggggg that it could be kg's? I have heard that eating a lot of protein, peanutbutter, pasta pasta pasta....at least that is what one of my friends did to put the weight on. I also heard that there are drinks in the vitamin shops that you can buy to do just that......add on the pounds..

45 lbs try eating three meals and day not throwing up after you eat. If if you already do this try peanut butter and jelly sandwichs betwwen meals.

eat alot of fatting foods and then go to sleep it will turn straight into fat!!

surprising....try eating all junk foods, choclate, meat, eggs, etc......and do no work at all
