a group of dudes invited me to play paintball so i was just wondering which one is a better strategy? Run and gun or stay low and take cover and camp majority of the time.

It depends on a lot of things. one, what kind of game are you playing? Either woodsball, speedball, hyperball, or scenario. It depends what you do as to where you are. also it depends on your physical ability, because if your a bigger person, you want to stayu as low as possible, unless you have to, and have the perfect opportunity. If you are a smaller more agile person, I would say go for it, but at the same time staying low might be easier for you. Another thing that is very important is how well can you withstand pain, because quite frankly, the closer you are, the more it hurts. and nobody wants a p***y on the feild complaining about getting shot to close.

Watch speedball on ESPN or any of the countless videos that PBnation users have. Any speedball tactic can be made for woodsball, making it superior. Woodsball tactics are...woodsball tactics. They're limited and can't be used for speedball.
Stick with speedball tactics. Run and gun, cover bunkers, be aggressive. Even in woodsball it's rare to have a "sniper" actually perform better than a typical speedball player.

this is what i do...i chill in the back for like two minutes, letting all the dumb ones who wants to run and gun get out of the field first. then...i go and do my thing. and when it's close to the end of the game, i then run and gun the guys that's still camping in the back.

Depends...indoor or out?
Indoor, stay low and move after visually scouting ahead.
Outdoor, a moving target is a hard target.

"run and gun" is the best fun... staying low isn't so much fun... trust me... running around, ur friends cant hit u because ur moving... it very fun...

bit of both dude, but be warned it stings like nothing else when they hit, so try not to get hit to often.
