I tried priming it, adding fluid, turning on the car, turning on the engine, turning on the headlights, and working the wipers. Help! any ideas...

take it to walmart when you get an oil change. and tell them to make sure all the fluids are in working order. it costs like 4$ more, but theyll handle it there.

Pull the tube off the nozzle under the hood. Does it shoot out fluid when you hit the switch?

If so, then the nozzles are blocked. You might be able to clean them with a strong, thin wire, like a piece of guitar string.

If not, there's a problem with the pump.

the pump has no power maybe need to check the fuses. do you hear the little jets trying to work ?

The tubes might be clogged

The motor is probably burned up. Replace it.
