coz mariah was just able to reach high notes because of her whistle register! while regine can reach those high notes using her full voice!and she can also use whistle register!

the two are making a song rock and hiphop. the two shows their dermis. the two have vocal skill. yet i might quite pick regine velasquez. Regine has greater hype. the only challenge with mariah is her ideas-set. Regine is a great actress, mariah sucks in appearing. Regine is the real versatile.

mariah carey 100%, she can hit high notes with her regular voice anyway...but to get to the 'whistle register' you have to surpass your regular octave range, although regine can sing, shes nowhere near mariah carey :)
