You are so funny - stupid funny, not ha, ha funny.
Have your own BBQ with your family and don't worry about the white people.

Based on the people I've known and how someone's race wouldn't ever occur to them if they were neighbors/friends and someone was having a barbeque or any other get together, nobody would be the least bit secretive unless, in fact, the thing was really just for family (and that does go on too).
Maybe if someone didn't invite a black person to some barbeque its because of that person's attitude and questions and distrust of white people (if you're white you underestimate your fellow white people, and if you're black you don't know most white people very well).
Two-faced and back-stabbing comes in all colors.
If your neighbors (white or otherwise) are two-faced and back-stabbing you need to get out in the world more and meet any number of other decent, kind, honest, friendly people of any color; because you seem to be losing touch with reality.

I've never experienced this. Maybe you're making something out of nothing. Or maybe you're the only one they exclude because you're always thinking this way. Your neighbors are probably thinking.. "Hey lets have a BBQ, but lets not invite the Black Panther cause then he's talking all that crap about us white people always putting down the black man and ****. Why can't he just be cool, he'd be a real cool guy to hang out with if he were to just be himself"
That's why...

okay i think that might have been to keep ALL neighbors out regardless of colour!... we have a problem here that if you have a BBQ everyone in a 4 mile block thinks that can come along for a free scoff!
not all white are like that...it makes me mad to think some are....please don't make all whites the same way

i would not expect to be invited to my neighbour's bbq unless i was a close friend. even then, it might be a celebration of something that doesn't involve me or a get together with other people who have no connection to me so it might not make sense for them to invite me.
by the way, my black neighbours have never invited me to any of their bbqs and neither have any of my white neighbours. race is entirely a non-issue.

You should be shot for seeing color in the human race. What has X taught you? What has MLK taught you? apparently nothing. Grow up. Accept the way it is. Friends are friends regardless of race, if you're not a friend, then why should they invite you?
Look beyond those things, you should be much more mature than this...

Why do have such a chip on your shoulder? I've never experienced anything like this in my nieghbourhood because of my background. you seem to have a big problem with anyone of another race. and judging by Hispanic/ Latino comment you don't like to share. maybe your not getting invited to these things cause your a pain in the a*s.

that is funny,I have lived in two different areas, one dominantly white and one dominantly black and i can tell that the races BBQ differently, blacks do it for social event and whites just do it for family and close friends.
at least that is what i can tell
