Of course not. It is impossible to "fail at life". Life is about the pursuit of happiness not success or failure. Even if you think you are successful you aren't happy if it stresses you out to maintain that success so there's no point in it. If you are truly bad at something it is most likely not what you need to be happy in life. Pursue other things. Find happiness. Don't dwell on these silly things.

If on the other hand you have decided this is your life's work and a test is required to proceed then you should persist in your efforts. Not every test is an accurate reflection of the person's abilities and yours are still developing. There is no telling what the future will hold for you.

No, being a success of failure in life has nothing to do with school. Webster's defines success as turning out well or obtaining a desired end, I don't think school can provide you with the tools to do either. Turning out well is a combination of being taught how to be a good peson, which school doesn't teach you, and having the temperment necessary to be a good person.
School doesn't help you obtain anything, passing a test doesn't give you a job. Training, job experience, giving a good interview, having a nice resume all these are key to getting a job, unless the person knows you, and none of these are taught in school. In fact most schools look down on programs that offer these as being less intellectual.
The purpose of school is to teach people to pay attention to things they find boring, to teach reading, writing, and math, and to teach people how to interact with other people. Anything taught after that is to prepare you to go to college, and college is only a tool to impress people and make contacts.
Succeeding is determined more by the person than by a test, if you see yourself as a failure because of a test that says more about you than it does about the test. Donald Trump never conceded that he was a failure, even though he suffered 11 bankruptcies and is as dumb as a box of rocks.

Do u know E=MC2? It is by Enstine. Do u remember he failed his elementry school? It was his mom that taught him at home.

School exam is just an objective test for that particular subject. It does not reflect any IQ at all.

My daughter could not pass a single spelling at all in the begining of the year. For many parents in Singapore, where education always received a high weightage, other parents will have extra tutions for their kids that failed spelling.

However, I only encourage her (7yrs) to try, and spend time playing. Today, she can read even NIV bible slowly.

I am also using Monopoly to teach her maths. Not the accessment papers.

Pal, don't give up. I failed my GCE O-Level in my first try. But now I have my engine diploma, business degree, and was also commisioned as Combat Officer. I once failed my exam.

Not at all. Failure will leads to success. There is always a second chance for every single living. Failing a exam doesn’t means that their life has ruin. Failing exam is natural. Almost everybody fails at least one exam paper in their life. Life goes on.

No. My sister-in-law failed her state boards in nursing three times before she passed them. She has since then been practicing as a very successful nurse in a prestigious hospital for many, many years. Sometimes a failed examination means only that the person taking it does not perform well on tests. It is not necessarily a reflection on their knowledge of a subject or how they will perform in life.

I think an examination is will not determine his failure in life. in life, not only grades in academics are important, being street smart is also important. there are people who succeed in life without being too intelligent. it can also lie on his tactics in life. =)
