It's normal. Your vagina is constantly shedding the cells that line its inner walls. That's because the vagina is the gateway from the dirty outside world to the clean inside of the body, and constantly purging itself keeps it clean. Gravity takes these shed cells to the outside, and we call that "vaginal discharge". As long as it's clear or white and you don't have any pain or itchiness or foul smell in your vagina, it's totally fine. You are supposed to have a smell down there too... sort of salty and sweaty and a bit sour is normal. Nobody can smell it as long as they don't get their heads right up to your crotch. You can use a thin pad called a "pantiliner" available in the same aisle as the tampons and pads at the grocery store to protect your underwear. Unfortunately for the crusties, there's not much you can do except use babywipes instead of plain TP, or trim the pubic hair that goes over the labia.

Start by taking a bath, and washing and rinsing at least three times using a good strong deodorant soap. Follow up with a feminine wash (not a douche) and then feminine hygiene spray.

Its normal. And what i suggest is shaving, or just trimming your pubic hairs. Secondly, use soap. Not scented though. Theres UNSCENTED dove soap. I've been using it for years, you'll be much cleaner and fresher. Make sure it doesnt get IN your vagina. Justthe pink part on the outside. And if you can't get the soap get a regular wash cloth and warm water and wash it thoroughly

I'm presuming you've already bathed or showered, and that this is a persistent problem. Do see your health care provider and ask about "bacterial vaginosis."
Here is some basic information from the site "webmd" & type in "bacterial vaginosis"
What is bacterial vaginosis?
Bacterial vaginosis (BV) is a change in the balance of bacteria that are normally present in the vagina, which can cause bothersome symptoms. BV is the most common cause of vaginal symptoms in women of childbearing age.
What are the symptoms?
The most notable symptom of bacterial vaginosis is an excessive, bad-smelling, grayish-white vaginal discharge. A "fishy" smell, which is usually worse after sex, is a telltale sign of BV. However, about half of women with BV have no noticeable symptoms.1

bathe daily, towel-dry thoroughly before you get dressed, wear 100% cotton underwear, sprinkle cornstarch on the outside (NEVER talc) to absorb sweat, and (my personal fave) keep pubic hair trimmed.
whatever you do, don't douche and don't use scented tampons/pads. both will upset any irritation further, causing more problems.
also, i would get yourself checked by an ob/gyn, to make sure you're infection- and disease-free. =)
