Donate blood, your local clinics, call the Department of Health and see what new and old programs you might qualifiy for...and I recommend getting the book "Healthcare for Less" by Michelle Katz. I heard about her from an article I recently read on Lifetips.com. I found out she wrote this book which is about how to save money in healthcare...and it helped me find my insurance! There are questions you can ask before you purchase it that will help you determine if it is cost effective for you...and yes, she talks about donating your blood and getting certain tests etc that are free that people do not realize. You can get the book for $15 at your Barnes and Noble or order it on www.amazon.com.

Depends on what your testing for, Ive heard of people who fake things and go into er's claiming symptoms so that the doctor will test for it, among other things. ER is usually covered insurance wise.

You can ask your doctor for your blood type or call the hospital where you were born they should have blood type on file.

I would suggest donating blood, you can find out your blood type and get a warm (and woozy) feeling inside. Or, if you found an appropriate mecial jpurnal, you could draw a small amount of your own blood (just cut your finger a little with a sterilised knife) and inspect it under a microscope.

It would depend on what the blood test is for.
You can get free HIV testing, and other STD tests, tests for pregnancy, etc...

I don't believe there are many free clinics out there anymore.

Good Luck
