How to make a flat needle stick onto my skin?

Dont say superglue because its just gonna hurt when i pull it out.

i mean a flat nail, the nail is very thick compare to regular nails and there is not shart point but just a flat surface

Use liquid latex, found at any costume shop. It will come off easily, holds well, and you can put makeup over it if you need to.
