I think she's actually sorry to see her go...whether or not they personally like each other (and outside kayfabe they probably do), there's certainly a lot of professional respect that's been built over the years...the two of them have had a great rivalry, and I think even Trish (well, she's said it on wwe.com, actually) and Lita themselves, not to mention of course the fans, would rather she not retire, but it's her decision, and I for one respect it

sparkyboi4eva, Trish is not pregnant!! If Trish was pregnant do you think that she would still wrestle knowing full well that she is putting the baby at harm? If Trish was pregnant she would have been retired as she would not put herself nor her future child on the line like that!! And the WWE sure as hell wouldn't let her wrestle knowing full well that she was pregnant, think of how much trouble the WWE would get in if Trish was pregnant and still wrestling! Come on now....USE YOUR COMMON SENSE!
The main thing I know is that when she retires there will be only 3 divas who know how to wrestle left in the WWE: Lita, Mickie James and Victoria and then we're gonna be left with a bunch of "women" who just use their supposed good looks to get them by. The women's division is not going to be the same once Trish leaves.
I hope that they put Trish in the WWE Hall of Fame because that is where she belongs...beside the other great ones in WWE History!

Any pro will tell you, its always tough when a fellow pro quits, especially when they can actually wrestle! With trish going there will probably be fewer female wrestlers who can actually work the moves. The fact that key female wrestlers seem to be prone to injury more than others, Mikkie James, Lita and Trish have all been out of action in the past 12 months due to injury.
I can understand trish wanting to retire though, its hard to wrestle when you are pregnant!

Trish and Lita are good friends no matter what they do in the ring.
Lita will miss her it's true but I'm sure deep down she's glad that she won't have to not only fight with her friend any more but also that the treat of Trish Stratus will no longer be around.
That's just being human.

she'll get more airtime until her time to leave, she might be happy. seriously, i'm sure she's okay with it, i don't think they are really rivals. she may be happy for her...but from what i hear lita is supposed to leave around november, not wanting to renew her contract.
and trish isn't pregnant right now, but she's quitting because she's getting married and wants to have a family.
